In Stunden statt Wochen lese ich deine Abwicklung wie ein System — vom eingehenden Auftrag bis zum gelieferten Ergebnis: wo Arbeit liegen bleibt, wo Entscheidungen warten, wo Informationen verloren gehen. Am Ende steht das eine Thema, das dich wirklich ausbremst. Benannt. Keine Liste mit zwanzig.

Eine Zahl darauf
Was die Diagnose findet, bekommt eine Kennzahl und einen Ausgangswert — aus Daten, die du schon hast. Kein Reporting-Projekt, sondern eine Zahl, die du sich bewegen siehst. Welche Zahl das ist, ist das Ergebnis der Arbeit, keine Annahme davor.

Der Fix, gebaut mit KI
Die Struktur, das Template oder die Automatisierung, die genau an diesem Engpass ansetzt. KI erzeugt die Schicht; die Schicht läuft danach ohne KI weiter. Ob dreißig Leute oder keiner — wenn du allein arbeitest, ist die KI dein Team.

Wir arbeiten fest 12 Monate zusammen: monatlicher Call, in dem wir auf die Zahl schauen und nachjustieren. Deine Leute — oder du — kommen in eine Community mit anderen, die dasselbe machen. Bist du nach 3 Monaten nicht überzeugt, steigst du aus und bekommst die Monatsgebühren zurück.

Whatever the diagnosis finds gets a metric and a baseline, pulled from data you already have. Not a reporting project — one number you can watch move. Which number it is, is the result of the work, not a guess made before it.

The structure, template or automation that goes at exactly that bottleneck. AI generates the layer; the layer runs without depending on AI afterwards. Thirty people or none — if you're on your own, AI is the team.

12 months of support — or exit after 3
We work together for a fixed 12 months: a monthly call where we look at the number and adjust. Your people — or you — join a community with others doing the same. If you're not convinced after 3 months, you exit and get your monthly fees back.

Was ich mache: Diagnose, Workshop, Datenanbindung, Aufbau. Was du einbringst: 4 Stunden Onboarding, 4–6 Stunden Workshop, danach 2–4 Stunden pro Woche — von ein oder zwei Leuten, die mit KI arbeiten wollen, oder von dir allein, wenn du so aufgestellt bist. Und eine Zusage: Die eine Änderung, die die Diagnose von dir verlangt, ziehst du auch durch. Ohne die funktioniert der Rest nicht.
What I do: diagnosis, workshop, data connections, build. What you bring: 4 hours onboarding, 4–6 hours workshop, then 2–4 hours a week — from one or two people who want to work with AI, or from you alone if that's how you're set up. And one commitment: the one change the diagnosis asks of you, you actually make. Without that, the rest doesn't work.

In Woche 1 legen wir die Kennzahl gemeinsam fest und halten den Ausgangswert fest. Bewegt sie sich nach 3 Monaten nicht, bekommst du die Monatsgebühren zurück und kannst den Vertrag beenden. Die Einrichtungsgebühr bleibt — die Arbeit ist dann gemacht, und die Unterlagen, Kennzahlen und Templates gehören dir.
In week 1 we agree the metric together and record the baseline. If it hasn't moved after 3 months, you get your monthly fees back and can end the contract. The setup fee stays — that work is done by then, and the documentation, metrics and templates are yours to keep.
Wie wir starten
How we start
Zusage. Vertrag online zeichnen, Rechnung über Einrichtung und ersten Monat.
NDA und AVV. Beides bringe ich mit. Der Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag ist nach DSGVO Pflicht, sobald ich Sicht auf eure Daten habe — du musst nicht danach fragen.
Zugang zum Portal. Dort siehst du den Fahrplan, die Aufgaben und später deine Kennzahl.
Ansprechpartner benennen. Ein bis zwei Leute, die mit KI arbeiten wollen, und jemand, der an die Systeme kommt. Wenn du allein arbeitest, bist du das alles.
Datenblick vorbereiten. Welche Systeme laufen — Projekttool, CRM, Zeiterfassung, Rechnung. Lesezugriff oder Exporte reichen. Es wird nichts integriert.
Workshop buchen. Termin aus den freien Slots, die Agenda kommt mit: wen brauche ich wann.
Sign up. Contract signed online, invoice for setup and the first month.
NDA and data processing agreement. I bring both. Under GDPR the DPA is mandatory the moment I can see your data — you shouldn't have to ask for it.
Portal access. Where you'll see the plan, the tasks and later your number.
Name your people. One or two who want to work with AI, plus someone who can reach the systems. If you work alone, that's all you.
Prepare the data view. Which systems you run — project tool, CRM, time tracking, invoicing. Read-only access or exports are enough. Nothing gets integrated.
Book the workshop. A slot from the calendar, agenda included: who I need and when.
